For Payments or to check your student's balance, please use cuttime!

We are encouraging students and parents to make as many of their payments online as possible. For a majority of these payments, we use the CutTime platform. This is also how we will regularly communicate. If you did not get registered, please fill out the Microsoft Form so you can be added.

Everyone will be sent what's called a Magic Link, which will allow you to quickly log in to CutTime without needing a password. This will allow you to see the dashboard, announcements, and assigned costs. This will also allow you to make payments on any assigned fees, both in installments and all at once.

Student Dues

Our fees, also known as Student Dues, allow us to run the music program and to enhance and enrich the education we are providing. These fees cover basic costs of things used directly for and by students throughout the year, such as uniform shirts for performances, method books, transportation, etc. The fees are as follows:

Band $75.00
Jazz $50.00
Orchestra $45.00
Guitar $40.00

These costs cover the duration of the school year, and do not stack within the same program (i.e., a student in both Band and Jazz only pay for the Band Fee, and a student in both Orchestra and Guitar only pay for the Orchestra fee. A student in both Band and Orchestra will pay the fee for both programs.)

Instrument Rentals

The only fee not paid through CutTime is the Instrument Rental Fee. This is to be paid through MyPaymentsPlus.

Any concerns about payments should be made to your Director. NO CHILD will be left behind because they can't afford the costs. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO HELP YOU! Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information!
